New record listed in the Czech Record Book – the largest honey cake - MARLENKA

On the occasion of the launch of the new production line,   MARLENKA honey cake had been baked which was thanks to its dimensions personally measured and checked by Martin Jonáš, the Inspector from Agentura Dobrý den, entered in the Czech Record Book representing thus a new Czech record.

Ingredients used: 180 kg flour, 284 kg fat, 89.5 kg honey, 95 kg eggs, 256 kg condensed milk, 6 kg walnuts, 16 kg cocoa icing
