The 2025 EY Entrepreneur of the Year is Gevorg Avetisjan
For the third time, the founder of our company is the recipient of the prestigious EY Entrepreneur of the Year award for the MS Region for 2025.
For our company, this victory is confirmation that honest work, perseverance, and confidence in one’s vision can lead to extraordinary results. It is an important moment for Marlenka and a reminder that it was in the Moravian-Silesian Region that our business story began.
Held under the auspices of the Czech president, the EY Entrepreneur of the Year competition is one of the most respected business awards in the country. Gevorg Avetisjan impressed the jury with his extraordinary life and business story – from arriving in the Czech Republic with no knowledge of the language or capital to building a globally successful brand that today exports honey cakes and nuggets to more than 50 countries around the world.
We see this award not only as recognition of our work so far, but also as a commitment for the future. Our goal is to continue to develop the company further, invest in innovation, increase production capacity, and strengthen our position on global markets.
