The recipe for our delicious Eclairs comes from Armenia, but their origin story dates back much further, to 19th-century France. Our honey choux pastry remotely resembles the Czech traditional “větrník” profiterole-like dessert, but the taste and overall experience are completely different. Marlenka’s Eclairs are smaller than their original counterparts and suitable for a celebration or as a sweet snack.
